8.0Very Nice and pleasant hotel, they are very attentive to the customer needs, helpful and loving. Particularly the restaurant staff, precisely those of the swimming pool (Patrick, Pentecost & co…. Very lovely people) even the spa & Gym staff

10.0The staff are just wonderful and professional. From the check-in desk, stopping at the lobby bar for a quick drink, and heading to your room, it’s a welcoming experience with a touch of Lagos hospitality. Unpack, and head to the pool bar, where supervisor Peter will spot you 50-100 yards away, and will be grinning with a welcome smile. Peter, Juliet and the entire pool bar team are just amazing; too many to mention but I can’t forget Felix for chilling my Trophy beer, just the way I like it; yum😄 I have stayed here at least 4 times in the past 2 years, and I get wait to return.

10.0I went to the spa at Marriott hotel and shortly after visited the poolside area for food. I want to say thank you to Daniella for the great massage and Peter, Patrick and Jonas for your hospitality whilst dining.
Comfortable Stay with Excellent Staff
8.0We stayed at Lagos Marriott Hotel Ikeja for two nights, from 12 to 14 July, as it was conveniently located close to the airport. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Faith at the poolside Grill bar, who was exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and professional, and her outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. She is a real credit to the hotel. The only downside was that on the morning of our departure there was an unexpected water supply issue, which meant there was no running water for a period of time. We understand that unforeseen issues can happen, but it did affect our experience, especially as it was our first stay at the hotel. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return. We appreciate the hospitality of the staff and hope the hotel has measures in place to better manage similar situations in the future.
