1.0Showed up for our 2 confirmed rooms.and we're told by the female individual at the check-in desk thst they did not have 2 rooms available for us due to overbooking. She went on to say that her Manager regularly allowed overlooking and did so because he wanted to have ensure 100% occupancy at all times.
