Keine Reinigung des Zimmers nur Betten waren gereinigt
5.0Tolle Lage, einfacher Check in. Bequeme Betten. Checkout Verlängerung aufgrund von Migräne, um eine Stunde nach wählen der Hotline einwandfrei. Leider nicht mehr über Homepage wie früher möglich
− Als wir ankamen war das Zimmer freigegeben zum Check in. Bis auf die Betten wurde dort aber nichts gereinigt. Kein Toilettenpapier, in der Dusche Haare, Staub überall. Mülleimer noch voll. Beim Anrufen der Kunden-Hotline, kam leider nur das es „blöd gelaufen wäre“. Toilettenpapier können wir uns im Erdgeschoss selbst holen. Und vielleicht hat die Reinigung, wenn wir sie sehen und ansprechen morgen eventuell Zeit dies noch sauber zu machen aber ohne Garantie.

7.0Die Lage ist super! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. TV und Internet funktionieren recht gut. Ein gemeldeten Mangel wurde schnell behoben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr ruhig.
− Insgesamt war es nicht sehr sauber. Im eigentlich großen Bad fehlten sowohl in der (recht kleinen) Dusche, als auch am Waschbecken Ablagemöglichkeiten (siehe Fotos).
