10.0Very clean and excellent facilities. Great location under a minutes walk from Liverpool Street station. We didn’t use the pool or spa but it looks great. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Loved the welcome card and chocolate in the room. Breakfast was really nice and there was a lot of choice.

Great Staff Horrible Experience
3.0The staff were really nice and supportive which I appreciated.
− However, we went to the bar downstairs near the lobby and was told we are not allowed to be in there due to it being 21+ even though the legal requirement is 18+. Which is upsetting because we came down to sit in the bar area and have a lovely chat however we are told to sit in the lounge which we sound a bit annoying. On top of that, the pillows were really hard and uncomfortable and there was no hot water coming out the shower - so we had to use alternatives in friends hotel.
