2.0There was no one at the front to help us checking in or out, took a while for them to come up. There was no hot water, the covers were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the bed was broken, I could go on. I wasn’t expecting lavish but come on now….

2.0Drove around this HORRIBLE neighborhood for 15 minutes and couldn’t even find the place. I was not made aware of the very clearly dangerous area that apparently surrounds this hotel (since I couldn’t even find it). Would not refund my money, then tried calling me 3 times at 1:45 AM, yes AM to see if I was still coming?! WHAT?!

2.0A terrible hotel with lots of sanitary issues. Wait for a long time to get the shower water warm. The towels are small, dirty, and hard. I would use this kind of towel to mop floors. No room service. Never stay here again.
