Lovely modern hotel
10.0The hotel and rooms were decorated nicely with a modern touch. The room itself was spacious as was the shower. The king size bed was comfy. The food at the restaurant, Lulla, was delicious and the location was a 10 minute walk from Penn Station, which made getting to the hotel extremely easy.
− I was charged for a meal that I did not have. Someone else charged their meal to my room when they paid for their food bill. I only had one meal at Lulla in which I charged to my room. I do realize this kind of occurrence is not isolated to this hotel, but it still left a bad taste.
