Probably location in terms of close to various attractions. It is on the main road though.

− Though there were a lot of rooms allowing for 6+ people to stay, this would only be convenient for a single couple with small kids. For instance, there is only one restroom, the floors upstairs are squeaking with each step. Pictures look great but we were expecting better for the price we paid. needs to be refreshed to at least get rid of that worn out or cheap appearance/finishing

In general, not a bad house to spend time in a family company, there is a large barbecue, a comfortable table and chair in the yard, a lot of board games in the living room. Another plus is the second bathroom downstairs, which is not mentioned in the description.

− They don't respond to almost any guest messages, none of them speaks EN at all, they expect everyone in the world to speak French. Therefore, in order to get any information, I had to call them so many times and write a lot of messages and emails in French, using a translator to get at least some information. They ask guests to take their own bed linen and towels, this information was never provided before the booking, so it is very inconvenient, considering that they charge 80Eur for cleaning, but they do not want to work extra and fulfill their duties. Before requesting any action from the guest, they must specify this in the house rules, and not just make them up after the booking has already been made. Dear hosts, please note that if you want guests to clean up after themselves, do not charge for cleaning! As soon as we arrived there, we found a bunch of information plates with possible fines on every corner. If you do not empty the dishwasher -fine of 15Eur, if you charge an electric car -fine, if you use detergent for the dishwasher -fine, if you do not clean the barbecue and oven -fine of 25Eur. For every broken wine glass, normal glass and plate -fine! This house is located near the highway and is very noisy during day and night. Any shops with reasonable prices are a 30minute drive away. Hosts should take more care of their guests and provide enough dish soap, toilet paper and liquid soap next to each sink. These are basic things that should be available. We had to buy all this ourselves, because after 2 days it was over. The house has an unpleasant smell from old things and bedbugs, a general cleaning has not been made for a very long time, there are a lot of spiders, from the smallest to the huge ones. The description states that the area of the house is 250m², it's not true. Maybe the owners meant the total area of the building, in which the owners themselves live too from another side.
