9.0I've stayed here a couple of times now and I really like it. Its quite small but at the same time it never feels cramped. There's plenty of space, really quiet and peaceful even though its on a main 'A' road. Its a good central location to get to the coast but also for walking in the Wolds.
− I think the sofa could do with updating now, along with the mattress on the lower bed. TV signal can be a little sketchy though that is really down to the location and not the property itself. Parking generally isn't a problem and I've always been able to find a spot in the bay next to it.

− Heating was hard to set
We both loved the place so much. Was lovely to chill out there was a lot of traffic noise but that didn't bother us
10.0It was in a great location very clean and comfortable Was a 10 min drive to see my family that was the purpose of our visit.
− The stairs were a bit much for me as I am disabled but that was my own fault. The bed was a little too low and I slept on the outer side which seemed to slant down slightly which affected my sleep

− Poor mattress. Lack of basic kitchen equipment like bread knife and scissors. No dishcloth. Only one tea towel. Road noise...relentless from 4am until midnight.

10.0Its a very nice location. Although located on an A road its never really busy and in the evenings its quiet. The apartment itself is well appointed and comfortable, not too big or small but ideal for 2 people. Of course for people who may not be very mobile they could struggle with the stairs.
− I suppose if I had to be picky I would say the mattress is quite hard and could do with replacing. Also the sofa probably just needs a clean. But really, at this price and location I cannot complain.
