− this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life. I used to carry my luggage down stare by myself because the hotel have only one cart There is no privacy inside the room as the window curtains are not sufficient and allow a view into the room from the neighboring building. THE AIR CONDITIONING IS VERY VERY BAD The bathroom is dirty and the sanitary ware worn out.

8.0Clean and comfortable. We were told the gym only opens at 10 which seemed strange. Not sure if that was a mistranslation. When we went down there after 10, there were no lights, no one in the spa space
− We were on floor 2 and floor 1 is an event space. There was really loud music up until midnight. There was no one at breakfast. Not sure why we weren't given a higher floor, away from the noise.
