− nobody helped us wiht luggage (3 suitcases, hotel is not stepless so had to lift suitcases ourselves room was not available despite earlier messaging alternative room in different category, much cheaper but no credit given, not even offer of some compensation (even just a drink) bathroom was oddly designed with both shower and toilet door opening towards the middle where the sink was leaving no room to stand if inside and both doors open. just awkward every time one wanted to use either toilet or shower breakfast finished already at 10am in the restaurant overall paid more than USD2k for 1 night and for that service was very much underwhelming to say the least and certainly not 5 star

Stay at the Pendry
10.0The Pendry Staff rocks! The front desk and bellmen teams understand customer service and deliver it year in and year out. There is limited turnover so we are greeted with recognition every time we arrive and throughout our visit. The interior design is very appealing and the rooms are exceptionally clean.
