2.0Really unable to rate this stay as I found out the day before my booking that they had not received my booking even though it had been confirmed by Wotif when I booked 3 months ago. Left high and dry with nowhere to stay. Many apologies given and the promise of a full refund which I am still waiting for. 1st experience with Wotif, and will most probably be my last

10.0We stayed for ten days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of maintenance issues but even despite it being Christmas they were fixed quickly and without any fuss. The location is so handy to the beach and to Urunga. The ocean/beach view is superb and the accommodation has been thoughtfully presented. The owner was delightful and welcoming and dropped by to say hi and to see if everything was ok. The family dog paid us a few visits but the owners were respectful and ensured that the dog was not a nuisance. Look forward to going back.
