This hotel is beautifully designed and has a stylish, exclusive atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which offers stunning views of the sea and the daily sunsets. The breakfast was good. Since the hotel is located in a quiet part of Santorini, we were able to stay away from the overcrowded tourist areas and truly relax for a couple of days. We stayed in the sea view room, which was very spacious and also featured a lovely terrace.

− During our stay, we felt that the hotel focuses more on appearance than substance. In our opinion, there were too many areas that lacked proper attention. For example: 1) The beach area was almost completely neglected. Besides trash lying on the sand, there was also a dismantled beach bar with wooden parts scattered around throughout our entire stay. Furthermore, many non-hotel guests occupied the hotel’s private sunbeds for several hours. The sunbeds and beach umbrellas were mostly old and rusty. 2) Towels were frequently unavailable at the pool bar. 3) The overall cleanliness of both the room and the hotel facilities could have been better. This also included missing toilet paper and paper towels in the pool restroom. 4) The kitchen was equipped more poorly than one would expect, even for basic self-catering. It only contained one small frying pan, two glasses, two plates, and cutlery. Anything else (such as a sharp knife, cutting board, or cooking pot) had to be requested from reception. We were told that these items are generally not provided because the kitchens are “not big enough” to store more equipment. However, this explanation did not seem convincing, as most of the drawers and cabinets in our kitchen were almost completely empty. We also would have appreciated having a small coffee machine or, at the very least, some instant coffee or tea bags. Overall, we cannot share the opinion expressed in many other reviews that the staff were particularly friendly or attentive. Instead, we often had the impression that they were trying to minimize their workload whenever possible. This was disappointing because many of the issues we encountered could have been resolved quite easily with a little more care and attention.

я долго выбирала отель для пляжного отдыха и мой выбор пал на Colombos и я осталась довольна на 1000000% искренне рекомендую тем,кто хочет тишины и уединения рай для Отшельников😂 реальность превзошла мои ожидания - отель очень стильный,натуральные цвета,он как будто вылеплен из песка очень классный персонал - все дружелюбные и отзывчивые,искренне хотят вас услышать и решить любой вопрос! невероятный бассейн - чистый и стильный зона у бассейна прям релакс + музыкальное сопровождение 🫰🏼 море и пляж с черным песком - отдельный кайф! а какие закаты…мммм☺️ очень вкусные завтраки - да,они одинаковые каждый день,но меня это вообще не смущало - было очень вкусно и душевно! (я была там 5 дней) спасибо за мой классный отдых!🤍

− был нюанс по питанию - еду вы можете заказать до 18:00! и всё))) если вы не на машине (как я) то это проблематично в пешей доступности ничего нет! но я приловчилась)) с голода не умерла)) и ещё момент,который не очень понравился - это то,что на бассейн как и на пляж от отеля могут прийти люди со стороны - для меня это было некомфортно но,благо таких было немного) но это никак не повлияло на мой офигенный отдых!

L emplacement est parfait à 10 min d Oia le calme de l endroit est appréciable le personnel est charmant et serviable. La chambre est très grande et parfaitement propre. Petit déjeuner correct. Le grand plus la piscine somptueuse !
