− 髪の毛が大量に絡まって落ちてて、掃除が行き届いてなかった。
過度なサービスを引き算した高級ホテル
10.0高級ホテルのインテリア、空間設計、接客クオリティですが、華美なサービスを抜いてある分、お値打ちでした。温泉の質がとてもよく、入浴時間帯も早朝も夜遅くも可能で助かりました。 人が他にいると信じられないくらい静かでした。
− 施設自体のことではないのですが、夕方17時頃には近隣に飲食できるところが全く、大変困りました。 ホテルに軽食はあるものの、ちゃんと食事出来る場所はほとんどありません。

− チェックインが早かったせいか部屋に行くまで照明が無く、スタッフの対応が遅れた。また近くに夕食場所が無く遠くまで出かけた。
