8.0Lo que más me gustó fue que siempre había personal y muy amable, la habitación estaba muy bien y el aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla. La ubicación también es muy buena, estás a 20 min andado de todo lo interesante y hay una parada de bus que por la noche pasa el bus hacia la estación de Termini

10.0Eigentlich hatten wir eine andere Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe gebucht. Aufgrund sehr enttäuschender und unzumutbarer Umstände mussten wir jedoch kurzfristig nach einer Alternative suchen. Zum Glück sind wir auf dieses Hotel gestoßen – im Nachhinein war das die beste Entscheidung unseres Urlaubs. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Das Personal hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und uns sogar vor der Buchung die Zimmer gezeigt, damit wir uns selbst einen Eindruck verschaffen konnten. Diese Offenheit und Freundlichkeit haben uns sofort ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war die Rezeption jederzeit besetzt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch die tägliche Reinigung war hervorragend – alles war stets gepflegt und ordentlich. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die hervorragende Lage des Hotels. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir ganz bequem zu Fuß erreichen, sodass wir die Stadt entspannt und ohne lange Wege erkunden konnten. Auch Restaurants, Cafés und weitere interessante Orte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dank des großartigen Teams wurde aus einer zunächst sehr unangenehmen Situation doch noch ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir sind dem gesamten Hotelpersonal für die herzliche Aufnahme sehr dankbar und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Gastfreundschaft, Sauberkeit, eine tolle Lage und einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt legen!
