3.0The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
− Other than the room itself, almost everything was bad. When we arrived, staff told us he couldn't give us a workable key card because the machine wasn't working. He had to let us into our room with a master key. No offer to compensate. Finally got a key around 8 pm. Ice machine out of order. Sink in lobby bathroom out of order. Out of coffee in the morning and no one around to make more. A few stale items on the breakfast bar. Another guest tried to find items to make more coffee, but cabinet drawers were empty. Had to hunt down the staff who never checked on anything. Priced too high for the aggravation.
