Unpleasant, Unhygienic, Uncomfortable and ill prepared staff
1.0There was nothing to be liked in this hotel. AVOID IT!!!
− The hotel is ill-prepared to serve its guests. Located on a hill, the reception is on the 7th floor. From there, you need to descend to the 4th floor and then take the stairs down to the 1st floor, which was quite inconvenient during our stay. The room was unclean, with human hairs on the bed sheets and unmopped floors. The towels were old, there was no hot water, and the shower was broken, forcing us to use a plastic bucket for bathing. This was far from the service I expected when I booked the hotel. Despite its modern name and large building, it lacks the facilities of even a basic motel. I was particularly displeased as I was staying with elderly parents and two small children. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
