A perfect base from which to explore the Suffolk coastline and the wider area.
10.0The location made it easy to explore the Suffolk area and coast. It was a short drive to, for example, Aldeburgh, Southwold, Dunwich and Sutton Hoo from this property. The property itself was spotless, spacious, well equipped, stylish and comfortable. This all made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we were there my partner took part in a knife making course at Red Five Forge (also excellent) we visited Snape Maltings and took a short river cruise. We also took a trip around Adnams brewery in Southwold.

9.0Beautiful decor throughout property. Lovely welcome tray of treats on arrival. Easy drive to coast.

10.0It’s lovely in every way. Very well equipped. Very helpful information from the host. Plenty of parking at the rear of the property. Perfect for a Suffolk holiday. We’d love to return. Anyone who books this will not be disappointed!

10.0A very attractive and comfortable place, in perfect order with great attention to detail. One of the nicest places I've stayed in over many years of renting. Everything worked well, it was spotlessly clean and we happily cooked in as the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the easy-to-use gas fire. The beds were comfortable. Easy, free parking close by. A few minutes walk from Leiston which has a good-sized supermarket.
− The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were harder to warm up than downstairs, but this wasn't really an issue.
