9.0The location is good. The receptionists were nice and check-in went without issues. I requested lower pod when booking and was accommodated. Wifi worked and was fairly fast. The concept is really interesting. The bathrooms were clean when I was there.
− The USB port was charging so slow it did not charge my phone at all. Their provided cable worked, but was very short. The bedside light didn't work. It could get a little loud (someone was talking on the phone in the pod next to me at 1AM), but nothing noise cancelling headphones can't fix.

9.0Staff were great and so was the location. The bed was much comfier than I thought and a great theme and facilities throughout.
− The noise from other people but mostly all were respectful of the shared space.
