10.0Excellent hotel and a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Maryam at the reception, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. She truly made my experience even better. Definitely a 10/10! I would happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
To guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name.
