10.0Embora os quartos sejam compactos, são muito bem planejados, modernos e confortáveis. A cama é espaçosa, a iluminação é excelente, o banheiro é funcional e a televisão complementa a experiência. O isolamento acústico e as cortinas blackout garantem ótimas condições para descansar. A localização em Brickell é excelente, e o hotel ainda oferece café da manhã e espaços agradáveis de convivência e coworking. É uma proposta inteligente, que aproveita muito bem o espaço e atende às necessidades do hóspede.
− O principal ponto de melhoria é a falta de espaço para acomodar as malas. Embora o quarto seja confortável e bem planejado, há poucas opções para organizar a bagagem, especialmente quando se viaja com malas maiores. Isso acaba comprometendo um pouco a circulação e a mobilidade dentro do quarto.

− Muito tecnológico, legal, mas a tecnologia precisa funcionar, o quarto é todo comandado por um tablet, tivemos problemas para ligar a tv todos os dias. O frigobar nao estava ligando quando chegamos, isso foi corrigido. Quarto apertado, faltam ganchos para pendurar roupas e toalhas, o que tem não é suficiente. Alem disso, falta uma vaga de carga e descarga no hotel para que possamos descer com as malas do carro, quando chegamos nao tinhamos onde parar pra descarregar o carro.
