1.0This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with booking a reservation. My family and I booked a 3 bedroom Villa that sleeps up to 10 people. We booked this place because we were going back to our home country for a family members funeral and knew we would have needed the extra space to accommodate additional family. Imagine getting off the plane and walking out the airport only to see an email saying that they cannot accommodate you due to some guest deciding to extend their stay. We called the facility and then we were told that they would put us up in their “sister property” with same amount of space to accommodate our family. Now what started out as 4 confirmed family members at initial booking grew to 8 by the time we landed. We get to this other facility that evening only to be told that they were not a sister company and were called to provide a last minute accommodation. They also said they were only compensated for 2 rooms that only sleeps 4 and not 3 rooms like we originally booked. To get a 3 rd room we would now have to pay extra even though we’ve already paid Rick Side close to $800 in full for the 3 bedroom Villa for 3 nights. After a bit of conversation the manager of the new facility agreed to change one of the 2 rooms to a larger room that sleeps 4 due to my Mom not being able to use stairs frequently. That still left us 2 additional family members that we still had to find accommodation elsewhere for. I would never attempt to book this place again or would I ever recommend this place to anyone. Worst Booking experience ever.

8.0Beautiful remote location at far end of calabash beach on great bay. It is not located where it is identified on website in town behind jack Spratt. Renters might consider renting a car as there is only one restaurant and tiny bodega within walking distance

Because of a miscommunication between the host and booking.com, we had one fewer bedrooms than we had confirmed and paid for. All was resolved in the end but I had to spend too much of my time mediating and resolving this issue to my satisfaction
