Très joli villa, le jardin est magnifique. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute et se montre très disponible. L’emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer à pied à ribeira grande, on peut garer la voiture à l’intérieur. Très belle expérience

Walter is a great host. He lives in the next house so Always available for help. But some little details need to be improved. - No glasses of wine just water glasses. Too bad when you bought a good wine. - the corkscrew was broken. Fortunately walter gave us immediately a new one. - the furnitures are a little cheap. For exemple the drawers bend and fall under the weight of some regular clothes. - the sink in the bathroom leaks. - there is no air conditioning and the nights were hot and wet... and no mosquito net on the room windows. - there is no tv (for us it was not a problem because we don't watch it but it figures on the description) But there are also many good points to stay there. - Walter is a very helpful and kind host. - The villa is great located and we feel in security in the propriety. - The garden is great and well Adjusted. To conclude, the villa is functional but need to be improved for the price.
