6.0The house didnt have enough towels. Also the pull out sofa couch did not work. We had to buy 2 towels and an air mattress to sleep all 6 of us

10.0I am from Indiana USA we stayed there for we stayed there for 4 nights. It felt like a home. Cleaning standards like a hotel. Customer service was great. Just 15-20 minutes away from the falls. I highly recommend this place if you every visit Niagara Falls.
