− on checkin the staff told me that room reserved for me is not available anymore as another customer is not ready to checkout due to emergency 🙄 i was asked to go to another nearby resort. initially i thought it was emergency situation for someone, so more or less i agreed. but after enquiring a little i felt it was a lie. so i declined to go to another resort. i was just made to wait in the lawn. afterwards suddenly they said room is available! for reasons unknown, they try to cancel my reservation and wasted 2 hours during checkin. also they did not hive me the 10% discount by booking.com. I enquired but they have not responded so far! - worst experience
