4.0The staff cleaning at the hotel did not clean my room properly and when I complained, they said if I want better cleaning, I will have to pay them extra !!!??

8.0The cost was very reasonable. The room was very comfortable, and the proximity to the airport made it a great choice. We were able to book their shuttle for a 4:35 AM ride to the airport on our way out of Switzerland. The restaurant menu was pretty limited. Otherwise it was a good stay.

6.0Hotel was ok the staff was great! We had to keep asking for items since they won’t clean your room unless you ask. The AC in our room didn’t work to well so it was hot then cold.
