8.0The apartment is very comfortable and really well located. The building offers great amenities and feels very safe. I must note that the cleanliness of the apartment is below par. The management should enchance cleaning spot checks to improve in this important area.
Needs repairs, a good deep clean and a freshen up
4.0The pictures posted were very misleading. This studio maybe at one point was bright and fresh and clean , but it’s run down and dirty now. I actually bought cleaning spray to clean the surfaces . One of the chairs had a broken arm. The walls were all banged up and the blinds all bent on the door which made it feel really run down. See the attached photo of all the mold on the shower curtain in the bathroom. It made the whole hall and bathroom stink so bad like mildew and mold. So gross . not worth it

8.0Great location, not best parking situation - was a bit confusing given you could "reserve a spot" for parking but then directions with check-in mentioned no parking was available for free. Very beautiful view and nice apartment but was not the cleanest. Would stay again as was perfect for a work trip. Great communication!
