The best Christmas - Brilliant Stay!
10.0My large family and I stayed at The Kings Head for Christmas. It was quite a late booking, so we were simply grateful to have secured somewhere for the holidays, but the property completely exceeded our expectations, and we ended up having one of our best Christmases there. The beds were of true hotel quality. All of us commented on how well we slept! As someone who doesn’t usually like sleeping away from home, I felt incredibly comfortable, you could really tell the quality of the mattresses and bedding. The bar and karaoke room was the biggest hit ... such a fantastic touch. We had an incredible time in there, and it was definitely a highlight of the stay. There was something for everyone to do, and more than enough space for us all to enjoy ourselves. For me, though, the best part was the amenities and the sheer attention to detail throughout the accommodation. As a big family who loves food and goes all out for Christmas dinner, we were so impressed. There was nothing they hadn’t thought of in terms of equipment for cooking, serving, and keeping food warm. Emma and her team were attentive throughout, incredibly supportive, and even responded helpfully on Christmas Day when we needed assistance connecting to the speaker. They also kindly allowed us to enter the property early as it was already prepared, which made us feel very welcome from the start. We also made great use of the jacuzzi, which stayed wonderfully warm even in the middle of winter. A fantastic place, run by wonderful people ... definitely worth a stay. We would love to return. 3 Generation family weekend!
10.0We booked last minute for a very reduced rate and couldn't believe our luck. Lots of space, clean, comfortable and well thought out. Excellent communication with hosts. We loved the hot tub and the karaoke room!

Perfect Getaway
10.0Super impressed by this place and the way it is managed. Everything was laid out perfectly and explained to us in advance. Plenty of space for our group to relax, sleep, socialise and have fun. Will not hesitate to return and recommend to other people.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Lings Head and would love to return again!
