10.0Un apartamento muy bien equipado y limpio. Hay muchos supermercados muy cerca, restaurantes y cafeterías. Tiene habitación para lavadora y secadora. El personal muy atento para solucionar cualquier asunto que surja.

8.0The location is fantastic, the room is spacious and there is a kitchen counter with kitchen utensils. There is also a fitness room, washing machine and dryer.

Please be aware that while this apartment is located on the 5th floor, the elevator in the building only stops at the 4th floor. Access to the apartment on the 5th floor is via the stairwell. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
