− Wohnung befindet sich im untersten Geschoss, wo es sehr dreckig, offen und laut ist. Badezimmer lässt sich nicht abschließen und hat Flecken an den Wänden und der Decke. Die Küche funktioniert zwar gut, aber es Fehlen viele Utensilien und es gab auch keine Spülmaschine. Es fehlte bei uns ein Kissenbezug und als wir den Support gefragt haben, wo dieser wäre oder ob sie einen vorbei bringen könnten, kam nur die Antwort das wir nochmal gucken sollen... Eine Renovierung in der nahen Zukunft würde ich als nötig beurteilen, sowohl in als auch vor der Wohnung.
Poorly maintained and overpriced apartment

− For the price we paid, I expected much much more. I expected what was see on the photos, but instead we were given a basement apartment with a very unattractive entrance and a poor view from the windows. The windows had clearly not been cleaned for years, and what was behind them was also very neglected and poorly maintained. The sofa was old, dirty, covered in stains, and uncomfortable. We booked the apartment for four people, but were provided with bed linen for only three. The apartment was very poorly maintained and, considering that it is located in a basement, it appears that it may have suffered water damage. The laminate flooring is damaged in several places, the toilet paper holder is broken, the fans are broken, and there are cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Some areas of the apartment look as though they have not been cleaned for years. Torn curtains, window cannot be closed all the way. There are also visible signs of dampness on the ceilings, floors, and walls. The location was fine, but much more attention needs to be paid to the details and the overall condition of the apartment in order for it to justify the price we paid.

− Nem biztonságos környék, a bejárati ajtó előtt mászkáltak a lépcsőn és az ablakunkban pakolásztak, késett a becsekkolás a korábban megbeszéltekhez képest, ezzel nem is lett volna probléma ha nem este jut tudomásunkra, hogy mit neveztek takarításnak. 3 személy érkezett. Kettő fő helye volt biztosítva. Gyors mosdó szünet után elhagytuk az apartmant és mehettünk hotelt keresni a városban.

− Er was hier en daar wat achterstallig onderhoud wat eventueel wat verbeterd zou kunnen worden. De bedbank was niet top.
