− One Bathroom out of order, another bathroom only had cold water. sofa in the living area is broken and very uncomfortable to sit on.

Stunning location with terrible maintenance

The location and the view are without a doubt the biggest strengths of this accommodation. It is a beautiful place with stunning scenery.

− Unfortunately, the property is in need of significant maintenance. Previous reviews already mentioned several of these issues, and during our stay they had still not been addressed. The oven did not work, only half of the cooktop was functioning, and several electrical outlets were not working. One bathroom was out of service, and there was no hot water in the kitchen or in another bathroom. The kitchen is also in poor condition. The cabinet doors no longer close properly, and several wall tiles are loose. The loose and damaged tiles are a safety hazard, especially for small children, as they have sharp edges and could come loose. On the second balcony, part of the ceiling is falling apart, creating another safety concern. In addition, the sofa is badly sagging, and there are cracks in several walls that appear to have been painted over rather than properly repaired. To make our stay complete there where renovation works about 2 meters from the balcony, with workers drilling and screaming to eachother, only the day we left, on a sunday was calm... This is disappointing because the property has great potential thanks to its beautiful location and breathtaking views. With proper maintenance and repairs, it could be an excellent place to stay.

− En una cama no se podía dormir casi. Un colchón muy duro y estropeado. Uno solo, los demás bién.

L’emplacement remarquable. Une vue magnifique

− les travaux à l’étage en dessous . Marteaux piqueurs et penseuse toute la journée durant notre mois de séjour!! Pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine , une salle de bain condamnée peu d’équipements de cuisine. Heureusement que Georgette a été réactive et très professionnelle.
