− They had everyone waiting forever to check in. We Checked in a hour late.
It was good. Some staff were friendly…some were not. The hotel was very nice but some plugs in the room not working and

We were afraid that someone would enter the room again. The staff needs to be properly trained to help aid the customer

− Untrained staff! The housekeeper entered the room without warning and said that she thought this room was empty. The front desk has us waiting to check in. She couldn’t explain the policy on charging the card that was on file..
