− The couch in the room was filthy,the shower very small

6.0− You have a toaster but not a plate or knife and fork so you couldn't make breakfast. The room was serviced after the first night but the bed wasn't made and the garbage bin was emptied but the new liner left next to the garbage bin.

4.0Location and on site cafe
− Our toilet was leaking and we had to keep putting towles down to soak it up. The large bathroom window had no lock and could be completley opened from the outside. No mesh screen so anyone could have opened it and come in through the window. I went out for a few hours and came back to a hand print on the window. Reception gave me a steel rod to put in window runner. I ended up masking taping the inside of the window to feel a bit safer.
