8.0Quick response from property contact Jade. Private Parking space right in front of the flat. Good location, good water pressure of the shower, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel are provided and smartly installed, functional extractor fan to remove steam and odors.
Area was an interesting mix of old and new and apartment was comfortable and secure.
6.0Location was close to public transport, shopping and restaurants
− Exterior and entry was quite dirty, TV didn’t work and there were very limited supplies for our 5 night say.

− 熱波が来ているときで（最高気温34度）、扇風機だけだとちょっと昼間は暑かったです。夜は窓を開けていればねられました。

6.0Despite the instructions, it was pretty hard to find. Need some pictures as indications, I guess, which will make things easier for most people.
− I stayed for 5 nights, but there is only one roll of toilet paper provided. Also, one baking tray was left greasy by the previous guest when I first arrived. Need to be more careful about their cleaning check.

5.0− They advertised the property as having one double bed and 1 sofa bed. But to treat sofa as sofa bed atleast there should be 2 blankets at the property. But there was just 1 blanket in the bedroom. It was extremely inconvenient for the person sleeping on the sofa bed
