− Our hand soap dispenser was empty when we checked in. Messaged front desk about it & said they'd get housekeeping to fill it & never did.

− I booked my stay and when i got there they gave it to aomwone else and was like check down the road for another hotel after planning for a week

3.0El hotel es nuevo el servicio no tanto no había desayuno la piscina estaba en mantenimiento y el parking en la página decía que lo cubría y no era cierto
− El echo que el desayuno es hasta las 10 y bajamos 9:30 y ya no había desayuno la chica nos dijo en mi cara que no sacarían más comida
