− Total disappointment and failure. Fraudsters!!! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. First, the hotel's offer on booking included a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back, however, after we paid and asked for confirmation, we were told to contact booking because they did not offer such a service, despite the fact that I have a screenshot of the offer with the included transport as proof. unfortunately, the disappointment continued with the booking, which did not respond to any email sent, so we had to pay another 140 euros and arrange transportation with another company. secondly, we arrive at the hotel, a gloomy, cold person works at the reception. assign us rooms and the adventure begins. Upon exiting the elevator, a shock follows, our rooms are in the basement of the hotel, everything smells of moisture, the lower part of the walls is peeling from the moisture. I enter the room, the same unpleasant smell follows me. I rush to open the windows to let in some fresh air and again a shock - THERE IS NOT A SINGLE WINDOW ANYWHERE, NOT THE SMALLEST ONE!!! HORROR!!! Something brownish on the bathroom tiles, some kind of fungus from water and humidity. I guess it was washed the first and last time when the facility was built. Someone's drooling on the wall, phew, phew, phew So, this doesn't even look like the pictures of the room from the offer on booking. We returned to the reception, where the manager was clearly expecting us; he gave us a cynical smile and demanded an extra 70 euros per night, per room, if we wanted to get out of the basement. There was no point in arguing with him, as they were clearly banking on the fact that we were arriving late and wouldn't want to lug all our suitcases around to find—and pay for—alternative accommodation, on top of what we had already paid. Feeling deeply bitter, we paid the extra charge for two rooms—since they had no others available—and returned to our smelly, grimy room in the basement.

− Alles Geen isolatie je krijgt indruk dat je slapte met de buren,hotel bepaalt wat je je moet ontbijten zelfs drinken ja mag soit melk, Nescafé of thee geen koffie dat moet je extrat betalen
