Good accommodations, but staff ruined the experience. Won’t come again.
4.0Comfortable room, pool, great access to the beach, very nice beach, rooms had all AC - perfect for the weather
− Staff in general. Waited 40 mins at the restaurant just to get the menus, then another hour for food - only got drinks and one club sandwich. We had to order the drinks twice before they were delivered. we came later in the evening to the pool - no signs anywhere, no people anywhere (!), and a lady came to kick us off the chair where we sat down - because it can only be reserved at a reception, otherwise we can’t sit there. Mind you, there was no one at the pool!
