This hotel looks pretty good online. It is very clean, but the staff has Island fever very slow and hard to get Service. They also do not serve alcohol. There’s no bar the room is clean and the hotel is clean and good location however it is on the street and there’s a lot of noise

− A maioria dos quartos do hotel não tem janelas, nem um tipo de ventilação ou luz solar. O ambiente é extremamente mofado, insalubre. Tentei trocar de quarto, mas não consegui. O café da manhã tem poucas opções, sistema a lá carte e muito demorado.

2 vez que me hospedó aquí. El filete apanado fue rico.

− Aquí viene el problema. El desayuno no está rico, ya no hay yogur ni pan, ni fruta libre, ni jugos libres, no hay variedad y redujeron el menú al desayuno, quitaron cosas y el sabor/sazón ya no es tan bueno como lo era el año pasado. Bajaron la categoría un montón!! Además, el colchón de la habitación olía horrible, ni con cambio de sábanas mejoraba. Y el cubre colchón también olía horrible!! La máquina de café automático estuvo buena solamente 1 día de los 4 que me hospedé!! No había todos los platos del menú. La ducha se inunda si se abre más de 3 minutos seguidos, el jabón de cuerpo huele mal y barato, lo mismo el jabón de manos. Todos los productos son de baja categoría. Nada que ver al año pasado. Los precios aumentaron y la calidad bajó, muy triste vivir esto, era un hotel que nos había enamorado y pensábamos volver muchos años, pero este año fue la última vez, pésimo nivel!! Here comes the problem. Breakfast was not good at all: there was no yogurt, no bread, no free fruit, and no free juices. There was zero variety, and they reduced the breakfast menu, taking items away. On top of that, the flavor and seasoning were nowhere near as good as last year. They dropped the quality immensely! Furthermore, the room mattress smelled terrible—even after changing the sheets, the smell didn't go away. The mattress protector smelled awful too! The automatic coffee machine only worked properly on 1 of the 4 days I stayed. Not all menu items were available. The shower floods if you leave it running for more than 3 minutes, and both the body wash and hand soap smelled bad and cheap. All amenities were low quality. Nothing like last year. Prices went up while quality drastically dropped. It is really sad to experience this because this was a hotel we had fallen in love with and planned to revisit for years. However, this year was our last time. Terrible standard! Aqui vem o problema.
