5.0The design of the room is cosy.
− When we arrived, the circuit breaker belonging to one of the lights in the master bedroom kept tripping. The technician came and reset it. Unfortunately, it tripped again after he left. Eventually, we turned off the light switch by ourselves to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping. There were also hairs left over by previous guests that were not swept away. The aircon was also not functioning well. Normally I was quite satisfied with Somerset, but not this time. And prior to checking in, I also sent in messages through booking.com, but Somerset Daxing did not respond at all. Ascot management, hope you take our feedback seriously.
