Older style cozy condo with a great view.
8.0Property is older and the screen door on the deck worn out and barely slides without a lot of force (probably not good for older folks to fight). The knobes on the louvered windows have to pushed against really hard to close louvers or the knobes just unscrew out. Other then that, the condo was comfortable and appliances were newer and fine. There was a minor problem with some tiny baby roaches coming out in the kitchen counter areas. Management was made aware and said they would be erradicated once I checked out...really a minor issue and was no problem to deal with for my short stay. All the staff on property were really nice and the condo on the 6th floor made for a view of the water and nice trade wind breezes in the evening. Most things you need are within walking distance and the beach is just across the street.

6.0AC is only in livingroom not bedroom so be warned a summer stay will be HOT sleeping! However the old livingroom couch does sleep one and even though it’s very old it’s incredibly comfortable! I had to sleep on the couch my entire trip in order to sleep with any AC
