− ①長岡花火でチェックインが大行列で40分程度かかるので急きょアプリをダウンロードしたら、別の機械ですぐチェックインできた。並んでいるお客に伝えるべき ②部屋のテレビがつきっぱなしで、いろんな情報がありすぎて見ずらいし、消すスイッチもわからないのでテレビが邪魔 ③トイレのドアなどコンパクトすぎて全てが小さい ④交差点の角に位置しているのでエントランス正面でタクシーの乗り降りができない。タクシー呼ぶのも方向が微妙 ⑤密閉感がある
A comfortable and convenient stay in Niigata.
9.0The staff were friendly and always tried their best to help and answer my questions despite the language barrier, which I really appreciated. The hotel has good facilities, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to both the bus and train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food around the hotel is easy.
− The breakfast buffet selection was a little limited. However, this was not a major issue as there are many restaurants and food options within walking distance of the hotel.
