8.0I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very good overall experience. The property has a lot going for it—my room was clean, modern, and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore the area on my own. The breakfast was very good, lots of options of western cuisine.
− Breakfast service ends at 9:00 AM, which feels quite early, especially when you want to sleep in and relax on holiday. Furthermore, during the weekend, guests are required to reserve a specific time slot in advance. While I understand this helps manage the crowd, it takes away the spontaneity of just heading down whenever you feel like eating. Apart from the morning rush, everything else ran smoothly. If you don't mind setting an alarm, it is a solid choice.

8.0清潔感が有りました。部屋の浴室が広くて使いやすかったです。シャワーやドライヤーが高品質で良かったです。
− 部屋のトイレがセパレートでしたが、狭かった。大浴場の洗い場は多くて良かったが、洗面所が4箇所しかない為、順番待ちになるので、不便です。

10.0I loved my stay at this hotel so much. The staff was super friendly and helped me a lot with my bags. The onsen is awesome, the breakfast is splendid (it's worth every yen).
