6.0Location was great, only short walk into town. Spacious apartment.
− Parking was a nightmare and not clear when booking. Had to complain to owners about cleanliness of apartment, it was so dusty and obviously hadn't been cleaned properly prior to our arrival 😕, was given late check out as an apology but for price we paid it really shouldn't have happened.

− Parking and access was a little confusing with our apartment space occupied when we got there. Front door was difficult to open. Dishwasher had dirty plates etc when we arrived. Very hot with only a small fan supplied

− The free parking is not guaranteed. The spaces near the apartment are open to the public and being next to the train station, get used up very quickly.

Excellent property in a great location but access needs to be improved
9.0The apartment was excellent very clean and in an excellent location for the centre of Shrewsbury
− Obtaining the keys to the property took some time due to having to access two different key safes in different buildings. It got really confusing and eventually I had to ring the owner for further instructions on how to get the keys. The road leading to the property is very narrow with cars parked down full length of the road resulting in a very tight access. I’m surprised the council allow parking on such a narrow road. God forbid if you needed the fire or ambulance service they would not be able to attend. Something to bear in mind if you decide to book this property.
