9.0The decor and the arrangement of communal spaces
− It’s more on us than on the hotel but we didn’t fully pay attention to the fact that an elevator for guests wasn’t available. Usually wouldn’t have been an issue but I was 8 weeks out from a knee surgery when our stay occurred. Was able to make it up and down but just took a lot longer than normal to do so.
