4.0Concierge tries to upsell and it’s pretty annoying. If you say no, they make you feel guilty. There was also lots of construction in the rooms surrounding ours, and they wouldn’t do anything about it.

8.0Aweee man Definitely one for the books would come again we had a great time, it was my son birthday and Gabriela upgraded our room!!!! She was amazinggg and Oscar super !! Food was good place is beautiful, Karla upfront is super dope helped us plenty, watch out for Luis dude think he owns the resort; super rude and entitled.
