7.0The room is slightly small but comfortable. The bed is comfortable with different types of pillows. There is a common kitchen which you can cook. A flask provided which you can refill water from the water dispenser. The pool and gym is nice
− One of the electric power points is loose (at the table), so sometimes my devices are unable to charge. As a communal hotel, don't expect a fridge, a telephone or iron in the room, everything is shared. The soundproofing is poor, you can hear doors banging or people talking along the hallway and it can be quite loud. Housekeeping is done on the 3rd and 7th day if you're staying for a longer period

10.0The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They gave me the accessible room (which is bigger) because I just had my surgery.
