Awful
2.0We were booked for 3 nights. Awful treatment. We stopped in the bar to get 2 glasses of wine on the way to our room after a long day of sightseeing. We had just purchased pastries at the bakery beside the hotel. While we were waiting for our drinks that we ordered we were trying out pastries. 20 minutes later the bartender came and told us that he refused to serve us since we brought food in to the bar. Food. Into the bar. At a hotel that we paid 2000$ for 3 nights. Not a nibble of next day croissant as we waited 20 minutes for 2 glasses of wine AT THE BAR OF THE HOTEL WHERD WE WERE GUESTS!!!! We had 2 croissants that we were barely taste testing !!!! At our own hotel!!!! In our bar!!!!!!! Waiting 20 minutes for 2 glasses of damn wine to take up to OUR room in THE HOTEL WE PAID FOR!!!! Decided wine because we were laughing and nibbling a croissant from a bag?!!!
