Decent rooms near the train station

Great location if you are using a train. Large room with sofa, kitchenette and dining table. Very clean and quiet. Neighborhood seemed safe.. Large grocery store across the street. Responsive and friendly staff.

− Older folks may not like the stairs you need to climb to reach the property. Rooms could use some updating.

We had a very warm welcome and great communication. We specifically chose this hotel for its location near the train station and it was within walking distance. We got a good recommendation for a local dinner spot.

− The furnishings are a little tired and one curtain was torn, but the large double room and good size bathroom were clean with everything we needed.

El personal fue muy agradable

− La ducha no funcionaba bien desde el primer momento, salía agua caliente y fría intermitentemente, y una luz del baño no funcionaba, así como tampoco funcionaba la bañera de hidromasaje. No lo arreglaron tras notificarlo el primer día, y estuvimos 4 noches hospedados.

− Nothing. You do need to be aware that you have to climb steps from the front door to get in to the accommodation.

A very pleasant stay that we truly appreciated

A simple, practical, and clean accommodation with a comfortable bed. The small kitchenette with a fridge was very useful. We stayed in the Pantheon suite, which was peaceful as both the door and window opened onto a small inner courtyard. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the hosts were very kind and helpful. The location is practical: just a 7-minute walk to Termini Station and the Central Market, and 15 minutes to the Colosseum. The Vittorio Emanuele metro station is only 4 minutes away, providing easy access to the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, and the Vatican. There are plenty of shops and services nearby. A great base for exploring Rome!

− A few minor inconveniences: the shower temperature changed during use, making it somewhat difficult to adjust, and the doors were a little hard to close. However, these were only small issues and did not detract from the many advantages of the accommodation.

Location was great, In the center of old Rome enough for us to walk most everywhere. Supermarket, cafes, bus stop and taxi stand all within 60 seconds walk. Bed and furniture were really comfortable, a little more pressure and heat in the bathroom would've have ben good - but otherwise one of the best rooms we had on our holiday.

− The only small surprise was no elevator and we had heavy suitcases - but there was only one walk up and down a single flight of stars needed so not too much of a nuisance. I've also marked comfort down a notch for the low water pressure and variable water temperature.
