6.0Parking was good. There are a lot of parking spots that you can park in front of the property. It’s a little outdated and maybe need a little of TLC and update. The view was perfect. The beach and amenities are just in front of the condo. The only downside was cleanliness. I was told the property was not ready yet bc they are cleaning but I still saw lizard “poops” on top of the counter, floor and beside the fridge. It was so visible. I was able to sweep it but the expectation of they cleaned it was so disappointing.

4.0I thought this was a handicapped accessible unit. It did have a ramp from the parking lot. However the tiny bathrooms with low toilets and no safety bars make the bathrooms ineffective. The high dining room table and tall chairs for the dining room and bar make it difficult to eat.
