Otantik bir deneyim, küçük eksikliklerle
8.0Otel gerçekten çok otantik bir atmosfere sahip, taş binasıyla Ürgüp’ün ruhunu yaşatıyor ve manzarası çok güzel. Temizlik genel olarak başarılıydı, çalışanlar ise oldukça cana yakın ve misafirperverdi. Kahvaltısı da gayet zengin ve lezzetliydi. Bununla birlikte bazı olumsuz noktalar vardı: Komşuların ve temizlik görevlilerinin gürültüsü zaman zaman rahatsız ediciydi. Ayrıca yatak, şimdiye kadar konakladığım en konforlu otel yatağı değildi. Genel olarak fiyat/performans açısından tatmin edici bir konaklama sunduğunu söyleyebilirim. Otantik bir deneyim arayanlara tavsiye ediyorum.

10.0Otel fiyat performans olarak çok başarılı, çalışanları çok güler yüzlü idi. Ürgüpte bundan sonra gideceğimiz tek adres diyebiliriz. 1 Çocuklu aile ve 1 çift olmak üzere Sevinç ve Masal isinli odalarda konakladık. 2 oda da birbirinden güzeldi. Herkese tavsiye edilir.
