10.0Property could use an update. Mattresses were lumpy and carpet was stained and dirty. The property wasn’t super clean. Cobwebs on the balcony and inside smelled musty and dank. Other than that, it was good

Cozy retreat at Kingswood
8.0The cozy apartment was very nice with a well-stocked kitchen and good A/C and heating system. Good laundry machines. Close to Kings Beach. The upstairs bed was very comfortable while the downstairs bed was fair.

8.0Property was fine, great for our family to stay. However, we couldn't use the balcony as the owner had stored their boat and watersports equipment on it which was disappointing. The welcome email with the key code details was sent out a week in advance, compared to the 3 days stated in the site information, and was from an unknown email address, and the details were in an embedded image that was not searchable so I had missed it at first. I only found it when I received a courtesy call the next day - I really recommend that the courtesy call happens on the day to make sure, and the email format needs to be changed so it is more user-friendly. The lodge is great, and it was a shame that it was difficult to access in the first place.
